Cloudbridge Hub Message Receiver. Used for posting of properly formatted Cloudbridge documents to the eRestaurant Hub.

• BrokerSpecialCloudbridgeMessage
  Routes a properly formatted, specialized Cloudbridge message to persistent storage as defined in the local routing file. Verifies message signature and routing envelope. Not for general message posting. Used only for large documents with limited processing options.
• PostCloudBridgeMessage
  Routes a properly formatted Cloudbridge message to an eRS Hub message queue as defined in the local routing file. Verifies message signature and routing envelope.
